Cutting Technologies (Cut-Tec) recently completed a production run of precision laser cut 6 mm mild steel components for a fabrication customer involved in the construction and development of a Premiership football stadium.
Projects of this scale demand accuracy, consistency and reliable lead times. The fabricated assemblies these parts form will ultimately become part of a stadium infrastructure project where quality and repeatability are essential.
The components were manufactured using our advanced fibre laser cutting technology. Each part featured precision laser cut slots and holes, smooth edge quality, consistent dimensional accuracy, excellent repeatability across the entire batch, and clean parts ready for fabrication and welding.
By utilising fibre laser cutting, we were able to achieve fast production speeds while maintaining the tight tolerances required by the customer.
