Applied Laser Engineering (ALE) is pleased to announce their latest innovation, the MB35 beam delivery system.
The MB35 represents 35 years of high-power laser R&D, delivering a modular, future-ready, and field-upgradable beam system. It supports up to two lasers operating together or independently for maximum productivity and flexibility.
Building on ALE’s six legacy systems (MBV, MBF, MBI, MBT, MBL, MBY), the MB35 can be configured to match any of its predecessors.
The MB35 “Turbo mode” facilitates high material removal rates. Turbo Mode allows the MB35 to offer high productivity into the three principal types of material that are laser engraved. This results in three forms of Turbo Mode, they are Turbo Metal, Turbo Polymeric and Turbo Anilox.
The image shows Turbo Metal engravings into steel —showcasing significantly higher productivity, reduced thermal impact, and cleaner, sharper surface finishes.
